Implantation spotting?!

EWCM for the first time in a very long time 12 days ago. I haven't checked my cervix in a few days. All of the sudden noticed this today which is super unusual. Cervix seem medium and I would say quite firm? And very closed which I have never really been able to say before. AF expected in 4 days. Could this be it?!
