Reject marriage proposal

So I saw someone either on here or on Facebook who was getting married , but was gonna lose her health insurance because of that. So that got mt brain wheels turning and I started to think. Would you reject a proposal for the sole basis that you'll lose food stamps/ government insurance/benefits? Mind you, if you get married neither of you qualify and you may find yourself struggling. Possibly a lot. And would you change your mind if there were kids involved. Me personally I'm on the fence with this because if you love someone you shouldn't mind struggling with the BUT I like not starving because of some chemicals and hormones. So wwyd?
