Workouts after a c-section
I'm only 3 weeks postpartum. I'm not ready to do any of my usual workouts yet, and I know it. I'm still aching and kinda sore because I've stopped taking the painkillers, they were messing me up.
Has anyone any advice for gentle exercise that I can do safely? I'm going slightly nuts from being inactive! I have weights, and I'm thinking of starting bicep curls at least, but I keep thinking about what the doctors said about not lifting anything heavier than my kid until 6 weeks.
