13w1d nausea and weight loss
My nausea and food aversion was annoying but I could usually muster up the gumption to eat fruit, a hard boiled egg or some peanut butter toast. This week 13 has been brutal. My head throbs so much my teeth ache and I want to do nothing but rub my head and sleep. I've also lost 4 pounds (since the beginning of the pregnancy, not this week) so I'm having to force myself to eat higher calorie foods. Problem is, rich, heavy food is almost painful to eat. I've been eating the same bowl of pasta for an hour. Any other suggestions to get some calories in? Otherwise the slow and steady method will have to do.
