husband can't last 😰

Hubby of almost two years busts as soon as we start having sex. Like as soon as he sticks it in me he is done. He wasn't like this when we first got together not until this year actually but it has made him not even want to do it anymore and idk what to do.. He feels ashamed he can't last, I've tried talking to him and his physician was of no help when he talked to him. Anyone have any ideas of why this might be? We've tried not doing it as often and also having him orgasm before we get into it, he even tried a numbing spray that didn't do anything. Nothing is working 😞 Any suggestions help we just don't know what to do at this point
