Update: what do you think

UPDATE

Ok so:

- positive pregnancy test

- should be 6-7 weeks

- have been spotting every day since "period" was due 20 days ago

- nothing shows on the ultrasound (no baby no heart BUT sac formed)

- no symptoms

- blood work showed hcg levels at 40,000 last week and at 43,000 yesterday (didnt grew much... but growing - slightly)

- tummy hurts

What do you think? Ectopic? It's ok and just too early to show anything else and spotting is ok?

I've been ttc for a year and a half with no success and two past etopic/miscarriage pregnancies

Doctor won't return call and appointment isn't until a week from now
