Swelling

Does this look like normal pregnancy swelling? My blood pressure has been great the whole pregnancy but for some reason I haven't had to leave any urine samples at my OB visits since the anatomy scan at 20 weeks, I'm 37 weeks now. I had left a sample when I was sent to the hospital at 29 weeks for pre term labor and nothing since then. They didn't say anything about having protein in my urine at all. But I've been swelling all the way up to my knees. My dr doesn't seem too worried but it's freaking me out lol. I'm scared I have pre-e and they don't know it. Is it possible to have normal BP and still have preeclampsia?
