Now what? Need advice

My husband and I have been TTC for about a year. I finally decided to buy the Clearblue ovulation tests and after 11 negatives I actually got a positive ovulation test this morning yay!! No wonder we haven't been successful at conceiving because Glow has been off on my ovulation by about 4 days according to this month..apparently I am not a part of the norm because I am on cycle day 18 which puts ovulation around cycle day 20. My question is now what? We want to time things right. Has anyone gotten a positive smiley face on the Clearblue tests and been successful at conceiving?
