Anyone take Lexapro while TTC and/or through their pregnancy?

Hey everyone my husband and I have been TTC. I am taking Lexapro for anxiety and depression. I cannot decide if I want to come off once we get pregnant or not. Anyone experience negative outcomes while taking it? Or anyone have a healthy pregnancy while taking it? Any experience of coming off of it when you got pregnant? Any and all experiences are welcome. Please help me decide! I'm terrified of coming off because my depression and anxiety is horrible. And I am terrified of staying on it and anything happening to our baby because of it 😪

Yes My 2nd pregnancy I took lexapro I was on it for 3 years as well as Xanax prior to getting pregnant once I found out I was pregnant I quit cold turkey the withdrawals were very rough for me I too was afraid to stop because my anxiety was so bad but I did not want these meds to effect my baby my doctor said I had the choice to continue cold turkey or taper off the withdrawal lasts about two weeks if I could go back I would have chose to taper off the withdrawal was killer! I personally did not choose to continue meds the pregnancy should help with some of your issues so I was told if you really need to be on medication the doctor may put you on something but low dose of course....unfortunately for me at 8 weeks I miscarried but good luck to you 🙏
