Am I over reacting?

Our little one is 17 weeks she has been not sleeping much at all during the day & wakes lots at night always has (with a few good nights) I said to my husband "I was jealous of you last night cos you didn't have much to do & you got to sleep without asking up" in a joking tone (cos he showered after work & went straight to bed at 9:30pm ish when I did (but I'm up several HOURS at night. He then says in a mean tone "you don't understand how lucky you are" "you are always complaining" (cos sometimes I'm like "I'm so tired") & continued rah rah rah cos I stay home with Bub! I never complain I just say "sorry the house isn't clean it's hard to get stuff done when she only sleeps 10-20mins in the day."

I'm so upset annoyed & hurt! Do you think I'm over reacting for being upset?
