rash on face 24 weeks pregnant

I have this really aggravating rash under my nose, it has been here over a month and is not getting better or worse:(

Doctor first thought it was some kind of staph infection? Prescribed me bactroban for a week and a half now 3x daily didn't help

I went back and now I'm taking keflex bc the other doctor thinks it's cellulitis??

What do you think??? I was thinking maybe eczema.

Anyone who had anything similar to this or if it looks familiar please comment /: it's just bothering me.
