miscarriages TMI IMAGE!

Hi, ladies I have a quick question, in January 1st I found out I was pregnant for the first time, well at 9 weeks I lost my sweet angel , well 7 months later on Aug 3rd I took a test and it was positive! We are excited and praying to God that we will be blessed with this baby, well I week to doc for first check up and baby was great at 5w 6 days well After that, I notice some spotting and cramping , i went to the doc and doc did see the baby and heard his heart beat at 125bpm 6w 2 days and saw the spoting he told me to Bed rest for 3 days and that should help stop, well I did what he told me and it's been a week I continued to bleed more and now im cramping . he also said he would see me when im 10weeks but my question is has someone gone thru something familiar and the baby made it? I'm just worried I dnt want to lose another baby angel. should I call the clinic and ask? I just dnt know what to do I'm scared thank you for reading this God bless you.
