After IUD

How long did it take you to get pregnant after removing your IUD? My doctor said it can take less than a week, of course everyone is different so I am very curious. TTC for 3-4 weeks now and I am so anxious, excited, nervous, and every emotion you could think of. I had a period for a week that started two days after my IUD removal. So, I'm not even confident that was a "real" period. I've always been very irregular and so far 2 days late. What was your TTC experience like after IUD removal?
