Becoming a Night Owl
I have trouble falling asleep at night. Lots of trouble. So a few nights ago, I hardly slept at all and I haven't had a regular night of sleep since. I always end up staying awake all night and fall asleep in the morning and sleep until noon. I think I'm good and tired for the next night and the same thing happens. I already take melatonin supplements so I'm not sure what else to do.
