Lump found

Hey y'all...so I've had a couple lumps before in the past but this morning I woke up to a lump in my left breast right above my areola that's about the size of half a golf ball. None of my lumps in the past have hurt. This is excruciating and to the bone pain. I'm supposed to start my period in three days and I read that it could be a swollen lymph node. Just curious as to what y'all think it moves back and forth when I feel it.

Update: I started my period three days ago and the lump is still there and still the same size.
