Sexual Assault Injury

I had sex last night and im still not sure If It was sexual assault or not. I definitely did not want it to happen and was too drunk to consent. but, thats. separate issue. he was way too rough and now i have a painful tear similar to the one pictured. does anybody have any recommendations on what to do?? I have a gynecologist apptment on the 11th and will obviously bring this up but before then i'd love to hear your advice!
