10 weeks Pregnant with a 4 Month Old

I recently found out I was pregnant & my first child is only 4 Months old ! My new baby is due before his 1st birthday. They will be 11 months apart. Now we obviously didn't plan this but I don't have the heart for an abortion so me & my boyfriend of 4 years are welcoming this new baby with open arms. We are hoping for a girl since we have our beautiful baby boy already. We haven't told our family just yet, only each of our little sisters & our friends. Not sure when/how we will tell our families. Just wanted to see if anyone else is going thru anything similar. He's a pic of my lil boy & my sonogram at 9 weeks 😍
