Anxiety nightmares

Is anyone else having nightmares about losing their baby? I had a nightmare (just like last time) that I went to the bathroom and suddenly I was bleeding everywhere heavily and then boom miscarriage right there.. but the baby was still alive? It ended up being a boy and suddenly it could live.. a short period of time before the baby passed away. I woke up immediately from my usual nap. In the dream they told me I lost the baby because I had sex and didn't take my prenatal vitamins.

I think the anxiety of having another miscarriage is starting to really overwhelm me.
