Symptoms have disappeared :-(

I didn't have a lot of symptoms. For 4-7 weeks it was just that my nipples were on fire and I couldn't sleep at all. Then 7-8 nausea kicked in and now it's just my left nipple on fire and I am back to sleeping properly.

I am trying not to worry but it's a bit odd and given how excited the OH is, I feel like his excitement is causing me more anxiety. I have another 4 weeks till I have a first scan and he says there isn't any point in paying for private one because everything is fine.
