Should I be worried???

My fiancé hasn't gotten home yet. His office closed at 5:30 and its 8:00 now. He's only works 20min away and he's never been this late before. He won't pick up his phone. I'm scared that he may have gotten arrested b/c he's driving on a suspended license. He has cheated in the past so that thought is starting to cross mind as well. I haven't spoken to him since this morning. What should I do? Do you think I need to call the cops or wait it out? Please help!

You could always call the police department and ask if he was picked up? But first I would call family and just ask without worrying them say have you heard from "blank" today he hasn't come home from work yet that unlike him thought maybe he swung by your place for a visit or something along those lines. If he wasn't home by midnight I would call the police and file a report

Have you contacted any of his family/friends? If this is totally unlike him (being this late without hearing from him) I would call family/friends, if no one else has heard from him, I would call your local pd. I would be so worried too.

I would maybe wait a little longer and then call the hospitals and police to see if he's there. Or maybe drive to his work to see if his car is still there.

I'd wait a bit just to make sure he didn't go to the bar after work or go out with his buddies and forgot to mention it.
