So what is going on here?

So last month I had a very strong opk on CD 19. Hubby and I BD but AF still showed up. So now I'm in my fertile week and using my OPKs again but they are a little wonky . Anyone have any thoughts? I've tested about twice a day and these are in order from oldest at the top to newest which was done earlier today. I have PCOS and take myo-inositol to help with that and it has helped drastically. My cycles have returned to normal. And I actually saw that I ovulated last month. Do you think I missed it this time? Should I even keep testing at this point? I had tested after my period a few times just to see but they were similar to these. Any advice would be great ladies.
