Cystic acne

I have horrible acne, i've had it for about 3 years now( i'm 19 today; started around age 16.) one day i woke up and my hair was falling and thinning out and then the next day i woke up with about 20 cysts on my left cheek and forehead. now it's all over my face. i have never had acne before other than a couple blackheads in my nose. i have tried everything. i've been on so many antibiotics, accutane, i've been to 6 dermatologists and like 10 doctors. nothing has worked, it has all gotten worse. i've been on spironolactone for a month in a week now but am breaking out like crazy. i was also diagnosed with pcos from an ultrasound. my self confidence is so bad. i don't remember the last time i went out without makeup on because of it. :( has anyone had any great improvements with spironolactone?? i'm so desperate & hate going to school/work everyday with this all over my face.
