constantly bleeding

Iv been bleeding for 10 weeks and still bleeding. today I have been passing clots I'm not on any contraception or anything I wernt to gynaecology about 4 months ago and had tests done and bloods and everything came back normal I have pcos for ages and not been like this before has anyone had anything like this and found out what it could be Iv got an appointment at the doctors tomorrow Iv also been very sore and aches and felt very tired and have constantly got a headache x
