So my whole pregnancy so far I've have terrible morning sickness, weight loss, and blood pressure issues. I did my research and decided to smoke a small amount of weed before a couple of meals over the weekend so I would be able to eat and not pass out again. Well it's been a couple of days and I'm having blood pressure and sickness problems again and considering going to the hospital about it. My question is, will they test my urine for pot? And if so what will they do? I'm almost 14 weeks pregnant. I also may have my mom drive me to the er if I go. Will they say anything about it with her in the room? Would rather not have her knowing just bc it's not really her business.

I'm not looking for people to judge and be hateful about my choice to smoke- it was the best decision for me. I'm looking for facts from doctors or people with experience about what the er will do
