All I cared about was healthy. I was excited about either sex.

I got exactly what I wanted I prayed for years for a baby boy. When I was a child my favor baby doll was a boy and I still have him lol he's 19yo (my first son) lol. But now I'm having the baby boy I've dreamed of and so happy I was blessed with him and can't wait for him to get here 5 weeks til I get to hold my sweet Nicholas!!!

i think if you ask "what are you hoping for?" 90% will answer with a certain gender. Like me, not pregnant yet. i have 2 step sons and a bio daughter. If i ever get prego again i would say i really want a girl, i just relate better with girls. if i found out hey it's a boy i think i would feel a little sad/worried since i havnt had a boy of my own. in the end we all just want ourselves and our children happy. It only makes you human to be disappointed at certain things. Doesn't mean you are not also happy.

How can you be dissapointed? Like really? Be glad your baby is healthy. Be glad you get pregnant in the first place.

Not at all! I am very excited to be having a boy. Plus it didn't matter the baby's sex, as long as baby is happy and healthy , which he is . Can't wait to meet my little man! 💙💙💙

Gender was a huge concern for me in the beginning but in the last three weeks, baby and I are crazy high risk. I don't care boy, girl, blind, or extra toe! I just want my baby to be healthy and safe.

A little but not really. I was hoping for a boy because i want this to be my last pregnancy, but it's girl#2. It just means i get to do dresses and all the cutesy girly things again though! And i don't have to spend extra on clothes

I wanted a girl & got a girl so I don't know how I would have felt but gender disappointment is a real thing- it's okay to feel however you feel, it's just how you react to your feelings that matters !
