Gestational Diabetes question

Ok so when i took my 1 hour test i got a 138 and labcorp said i passed but my doctor said i failed. I read that some doctors go by 130 instead of 140. So anyways i had to do the 3 hour test and i passed all but 1 reading. Fasting was 93, 1 hour was 193, 2 hour was 121, and 3 hour was 132... i am wondering if i actually passed or if there is a different number doctors go by now for the 3 hour test like the 1 hour. And also wondering if there is a reason my result went up 11 points the last hour? All i had was a few sips of water which they said i could have so i didn't know water had sugar in it? Lol
