Possible Miscarriage 6w3d

I start brown spotting on thursday, light pink on friday, back to brown on Saturday and Sunday. On sunday I started having stringy like brown stuff that has carried on to today. I just went to the bathroom and have red blood mixed with brown stringy stuff. I wasn't having any cramping until a few minutes ago. I have a dull ache on my right side. My doctor is closed until tomorrow and I hate my hospitals ER as they've given me and my son wrong medications in the past. Every visit with them has just been horrible. Any advice? If I do miscarry at home I don't even know what to do..
