When do I have sex ? HELP 😐😖

I have been TTC for 4 months now... my period started Sept 3rd. Lasts about 4 days bleeding and 2 days with brown discharge (brown discharge doesn't count as period)

SORRY FOR TMI - but I need help 😁

My cycles are 28 days to 32 days. July cycle was 32 days, August cycle was 28 days.

How do I know when I will ovulate?

I use OPKs & have the clear blue fertility monitor, every month I get a positive opk and 2 peak days with the monitor

I also take my temperature every morning. I see the dip happen 1-3 days before my opk and monitor are positive. Then it spikes before my positive opk and monitor.

My issue is I just don't know when do have sex... 😳 I feel like we're missing the "right timing" and that's why its not happening...

We usually have sex every 3 days during my fertile week and the day of ovulation. Some months day after ovulation.

What am I missing ? What do I need to do ?

We've been taking vitamins and prenatals , we're healthy , no issues. No stress.

How do I plan the perfect day to catch the egg on time ?
