Looking for advice, tiniest bit of spotting 3 weeks 5 days

So a couple days ago I got a very clear positive. Judging by my lmp I would be about 3 weeks 5 days.

My period was suppose to be due today, and tonight after I went pee when I wiped it was tinted brownish/pink , just once though and I haven't had any cramping or anything

Has this happened to anyone else and what was the turnout?

This is my rainbow baby so I'm a slightly worried! I haven't been to the Dr yet because it's a long weekend so they aren't open until tomorrow.
