Preregister at hospital

How do you go about doing that? No hospital tours are available until after my due date, but I had planned to do it then. I don't even know how to go about it to be honest, I have TriCare and I'm giving birth at a non military hospital and I need to make sure my insurance is ready and will cover it. My family isn't being much help, and I stupidly forgot to ask my doctor about it at my last appointment.
