Bleeding

Yesterday I was admitted for bleeding I am 18 weeks with Di/Di twins. They found no reason for the bleeding and it stopped not long after getting to the hospital. They kept me for observation and sent me home. My cervix was long and looked good. Babies looked good. I am on 48 hour bed rest till my next appointment. Anyone else have this unexplained bleeding?? I am already high risk due to IVF and then twins. I just wanna carry my babies to term
