Am I out this month?

Question

I am currently CD 25 of a 30/31 regular cycle. I am 12 DPO and according to a app I have I can test today. Well I see NO LINES. I work at a doctors office and I used our HCG test and I see nothing. I am so discouraged I just don't understand.
