Working on the Sabbath day..
I recently went to an interview with an employer who refused to accommodate me not working on Sundays. My spiritual beliefs are firm and I do not work on the Sabbath day. I have looked online and it seems that the Equal Employment Oportunity Commission (EEOC) doesn't allow this.. How do I advocate for my religious beliefs in the future? That way I can get a job in my field that will grant this request.
