I personally wanted to thank all you beautiful ladies that bravely post before and after pictures of your weight lose journeys. And what you did to achieve that goal. (eating and exercising) They have been very encouraging and motivating, at least to me anyways, because I look at them and say, wow! If they can do that, I can! 😊 So again, Thank you!!!!
