What foods should I avoid ?

My baby has a hard time getting rid of gas what foods cause gas in babies ?? I look on google and it's pretty random. Any official list or personal experience?

Definitely a food journal! My daughter was so horribly gassy and I could literally hear her tummy gurgling. I started a food journal and realized very quickly it was dairy. Mostly the lactose. I cut out dairy high in lactose and she's been great! Haven't had any issues since! And of course I don't eat onions, broccoli, fried foods, and all the gassy culprits!

For me, at first, it was Brussels sprouts and asparagus. As he got older, they weren't a problem. He's almost a year and I can eat anything without it making him uncomfortable. 
My sister notices tomatoes (mostly sauces) bother her son and gives him gas, so she avoids anything with tomato. 
Maybe try to keep a food journal and write what you eat and mark when baby is gassy. That can give you an idea. Pay special attention to dairy, green veggies like Brussels sprouts and asparagus, and the like. Most of these sensitivities should clear up as baby's digestive system matures.
