SO ITCHY DOWN THERE PLEASE HELP

(May be a TMI for some people)

This may not be a pregnancy issue, but i'm posting it in the pregnancy section because I am 36 weeks and curious if this does have to go with pregnancy or just a regular infection.

The past couple of days I have been SO itchy down there. Like to the point I want to cry. (One of the days it was itching..my labia was also swollen) I do use body wash to shave down there, but I don't clean my actual vagina with any type of soap...I just put it around it. So I don't think that's it because I've been doing that for years. I haven't changed my routine in any way so I don't know what it could be.

I have a baby doctor app on Thursday. She has just been my OB, I had a different gynecologist before I got pregnant. So do I ask her about this or is this not pregnancy related?

No other symptoms besides the swollen labia. I have had discharge, but I ALWAYS have discharge..even before I was pregnant I had a lot. So I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary with that. No fishy smells either. Thanks everyone!

ALSO is there anything I can do for the mean time to help the itching. I've taken multiple warm baths, but it doesn't help much.
