"One team , same dream" 🙄🙄🙄

Does anybody's place of employment use this saying ? It irritates me to no end , because I don't at all have the same dream as "my team." My dream is to be a stay at home mom, to work from home , or to have my own business . I just work where I work because it pays the bills. I just hate that saying because I'm not passionate about what I do and I don't care for the company that I work for .
