Pain medication that is safe for breastfeeding after Wisdom Teeth Removal?

I am still breastfeeding and the doc gave me tylenol 3, but i read its not too safe. What else could I take thats safer? thanks

Tylenol and Benadryl (but that will make you super sleepy) are the only things I know of that are for sure safe
