Fighting the urge

My OB told me no sex/orgasms till I get past 13 weeks due to having a miscarriage in May and light brown spotting this pregnancy. If any of you ladies have been told this.. how did you fight the urge.. cause I'm in the mood so much lately. Of course I'm not going to give in because I'm not going to risk anything especially with my baby.
