Help Please

Yesterday I posted that I was 5-6 days late on my period today makes 6-7 days late. Took a test and it came back negative... My fiance and I had sex everyday the week of my ovulation. I've been having these weird cramps and not like menstrual cramps, pee constantly, not able to hold many foods I love down or any at that. I don't know if I should take another test in the morning or make an appointment ? I'm really lost on what to do. any advice helps.
