When will pregnancy symptoms kick in?!

What is the average week that nausea will keep kick in?

Mine started literally the day I hit 6 weeks right after I said to someone that I felt fine so far. Yeah, me and my big mouth. Now I'm almost 8 weeks and nauseous all day long and SO freaking tired. Haven't vomited yet. Wait while I knock on wood... don't wanna jinx myself again.
