Tmi question. Help please

I've had these "pimples" near my vaginal opening for a few days (3-5 days) I'm wondering what they could be they burn when I pee or touch them... they're not bleeding or pussing in anyway I'm kinda scared that it might be herpes... I have never been diagnosed.. I will be going to the doctors on Thursday... other wise they don't hurt at all... kind of itchy but the itchiness goes away...
