sciatica anyone else?

what did you do when walking became hard. I'm super small bump wide for 6months but I am in so much sciatic pain I can barley walk by end of the day with or with out Tylenol.

I went to the chiropractor and it made a huge difference! I got an adjustment and sciatic massage and the pain was gone the next day! I'd definitely recommend it.

I bought a maternity belt which I wear if I know I'll be on my feet all day. It really helped when we went on hikes during our last vacation!

I had to go on early disability with no regrets! I use a pregnancy belt ,tylenol and  prenatal yoga. but even then it's still pretty bad! make sure to take baths and try and see a physical therapist. good luck

Mine is so bad, sometimes I can't even get out of the bed to walk. I just filled out short term disability paperwork for it and other issues I'm having but I start physical therapy next week for it. I read that it didn't help a lot of people but I'm willing to try anything. I have it on both legs, my butt and my back. I'm just hoping for some relief.

Bed bath and beyond sells pillows to go between your knees when you sleep to realign your hips. It's saved me!
