TTC after cervical loop excision

We are TTC, but I am worried we will have difficulties as I have had loads of biopsies on my cervix and womb, endless colposcopies and also a loop excision to remove abnormal cells which has caused scarring.  Has anyone else had this type of treatment and gone on to conceive?  It would be my second child, but my first is nearly eight and was born before all the gynae probs.  I just want our family to be complete and it scares me that it won't happen.
