Is decaf coffee ok while pregnant?

I've heard decaf is worse than regular because of chemicals used to make it decaf. Any truth? Is it ok? I loveeeee coffee and want a beverage to drink!!!

You can have a glass of coffee every day if you really wanted to! You can drink up to 200mg of caffeine a day and so one glass of regular coffee isn't going to do anything!

I drink natural decaf coffee.  Caribou and trader joes both have decaf coffee that goes through a natural decaf process instead of a chemical process.
