Should I do something?

So, my cousin is pregnant. She's due the end of November. She's been with a guy for years now who is in and out of jail, I have witnesses saying they sleep outside a lot of the time, they are heroine addicts, absolutely no money whatsoever (I think they got pregnant to get more money from the state) she's continuing to do these things while carrying that child. And her baby would be part of my family, and I can't imagine that baby being born addicted to drugs or even worse to have to live in an environment like that. They don't have licenses, they've had them taken away. They drive cars anyways and cause accidents so they can sue people and get money, which usually goes to drugs. I feel like I need to do something about it. Or should I mind my business. Need some advice. Thanks in advance
