Pest control when pregnant

Hi, m 31 weeks pregnant. Yesterday we had professional came in for roaches pest control. Before they started, I went out of the home to be safe. They didnt used any chemical in living room or bedroom. Just bathroom n kitchen. I came in home after 3 hrs n used bathroom for 5 min only. Then I packed my bag n stayed over at friends place. But m still worried and panicked about using the restroom. P.S. I didnt feel any strong chemical smell. And pest control guy said, I can enter the house after 1hr only.

Please help if anyone has any experience or input about the situation. Does this harm my baby?
