HELP!!! I'm only about 5 weeks pregnant. Is this normal??

So I have been having strong symptoms for the last 2 weeks, but now something strange is happening. I now have the 2 big itchy rash patches on my neck. It feel like something similar to an allergic reaction and they are super irritating bc They itch, red, and look horrific. IS THIS NORMAL??!? PLEASE HELP, bc I'm starting to go crazy bc I can't have a moment of feeling fine without some heavy symptom. SHOULD I GO TO DOCTOR? I'm soooo blessed and excited about this pregnancy but was just not prepared for how quickly the symptoms and hormones would kick in like this. If anyone has had this what can I use to soothe and get rid of the neck rashes.
