I'm not sure if I'm taking my opk at the correct time. When am I supposed to take them?

Between 2pm-8pm is best time and it is recommended you test twice in one day. Hope this helps

I use Advanced Digital Clearblue opks and it says to use the urine after my longest sleep so I test first thing in the morning when I wake up. I believe each test is different. When I get a high result, I start testing twice a day as per the instructions. No peak yet but there's still hope! Good luck :)
