Some help please

Hi guys, so a few days ago I was washing up and out came a whitish snot like discharge I was puzzled so figured I go to urgent care the next day and see what was up. Yesterday I was finally able to be seen and the doctor took a urine sample and did a pelvic swab. She said she didn't see any abnormal discharge but that there was blood present and showed me on the swab. Well today I took a shower and since I hadn't seen any blood come out last night or earlier this morning I decided to check... and well this is all I found

So, now I am just wondering what the heck it is.
